What Fuels My Passion
Every single day, I see children of different backgrounds in my school. Some who have a great support system and some who do not. When a child comes to me and they see more in me than they see in their own mother and can verbally express that to me, that fuels my passion for what I do every single day. I come to my classroom daily wanting to see children just believe in themselves and believe that they can REALLY be anything that they want to be. I have a deep passion about my children, and I believe that noone else should be in this profession unless they have a passion as well.

I 100% agree with everything you stated. specifically that people should have a passion for children if they are going to work with them. the worst thing to see is a person that teaches out of frustration in stead of passion. the teacher is not fulfilled and neither is the child. passion is the key.
